I happen to have 4 of them in a 75 gallon tank. What you are speaking of depends on the size of the original piranha. If you can only get piranhas that are smaller then the one you have now I would NOT add any more because there is a high chance that the larger one will attack the smaller ones in a home aquarium. If they are about the same then there should be no problem adding more fish to the tank. Don't feed them live fish BTW, live fish are bad for the piranhas, they do have frozen food that is a mixture of different things. Piranhas need a varied diet just like you and me.
