How can I get a tank of pet piranhas to swarm?

On youtube I see all these piranha tanks where the fish are in groups and eat mice together and are aggressive. My piranhas don’t do that. They just kind of float there.
The most important thing will be to create an environment where they feel secure enough to display their natural habits. Is your tank VERY large? Well cycled? Plenty of hiding places? And are you offering a variety of protein based foods? Many times they must be in the tank together for quite some time to settle in enough to act like you are seeing on the videos.
GET A FEEDER FISH OR MISE AND GIVE IT A SMALL SO THEY WILL BLEED. WHEN THE PIRAHNAS FIND THE WILL SWARM
