How can I get a tank of pet piranhas to swarm?

On youtube I see all these piranha tanks where the fish are in groups and eat mice together and are aggressive. My piranhas don’t do that. They just kind of float there.

When will my red bellied piranhas start to get their red bellys?

I have 3 rbp’s (yes i am 100% sure that they are piranha) and none of them have got their red bellys, they are from 1.5″ to 2.5″ they only have a very small red bit on their bottom fin. Is this normal for juvenile piranhas or is it something else?
